All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.

During sale or holiday periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Purchasing express shipping does not mean your order gets packed quicker. Orders are packed in the sequence that they are placed and during periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day or any other sale, your order may take longer to be sent out than usual due to the large volume we receive.

Once your order is in transit with the courier, we have no control. Please check your shipment confirmation email for tracking details and more information.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Brow Blade is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Brow Blade is not responsible for any customs issues or taxes applied to your order. All customs delays and fees imposed are out of our control and must be handled directly with customs.
